Steps
1. Login to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com
2. Make sure you have the correct directory/tenant selected
3. On the left-side of the screen, navigate to "Company Branding" under the "Manage" section
4. Click on the "Default sign-in" tab
5. Here, you have plenty of options for customizing the default sign-in page. Click "Edit" to get started.

6. You can navigate through each section, including "Basics", "Layout", "Header", "Footer", and "Sign-in form"

7. The "Sign-in form" tab is of particular importance, as this is where you'll have an opportunity to display a custom message to your users when signing in, such as instructions on how to contact support or reset a password (if applicable). The "Sign-in page text" also supports some markdown formatting, so you can add additional customization like bold text, italics, and links.
8. Note, not all settings need to be customized. You can leave the defaults selected as you wish, and only change what you want to customize.
9. After you save your changes, it may take a few minutes for them to propagate out, so don't be alarmed if they don't display immediately.
